Guatemala city church pastor and wife.
Practicing how to preach the gospel.
The lady was confined to the bed, paralyzed, and unable to sit upright. God miraculously healed her and she is now able to stand up.
Roman Catholicism has been the historically dominant religion in Guatemala. However, over the recent decades, approximately 40% of their population has experienced a significant shift towards Evangelical Protestantism which makes this religious group one of the largest in Latin America. There are also indigenous groups whose spiritual traditions were influenced by pre-Columbian roots intertwining with Catholic or Protestant practices.
While the importance of the Pentecostal churches has continued to grow with prayer while winning some converts, we are hoping to equip many more Christian witnesses to go out and make disciples. Our team has been continually partnering with local pastors and churches through this Great Commission movement.
God is continuing to work through His people. Click the mission button below to check out our mission opportunities.
